MATH 3703 - Introduction to Proof


Description: An introduction to writing proofs using concepts fundamental to advanced mathematics.  Course includes basic proof methods, set theory, mathematical induction, relations, functions, and other selected topics.  Emphasis is placed on the correct use of logic and grammar.

Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite: MATH 2614 Calculus I.
