Description: Students develop management and team skills, including analytical and creative problem solving, effective and supportive communication, coaching and counseling, gaining power and influence, managing stress, time management, managing interpersonal conflict, and delegating effectively. The skills are learned and practiced through the use of cases, in-class exercises, and the application of the skills. Students perform much of the coursework in a team setting.

Prerequisite: MGMT 3183 Principles of Management with a minimum grade of C.
