Description: Students will learn about leadership and management skills relevant to professional practice. This course provides an opportunity to collaborate with professionals and initiate change.

Credit Hours: 4
Prerequisite: NURS 3003 Professional Nursing Role with a minimum grade of C or concurrent enrollment.
Restrictions: Admission to nursing major or instructor permission is required.
