TECH 4513 - Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Description: An introduction to bargaining and negotiation in public, business, personal and legal settings. Interests, options, alternatives, relationships and commitments in principled-based versus position-based negotiations are examined as they influence negotiations and the resolution of conflict to achieve a win-win result for the bargaining parties. Studies will engage in on-line, or face-to-face, case based negotiations.
