CHER 4123 - Cherokee Legal History #3 Hours. The study of Cherokee history examining the divergent development
of the Eastern and Western Cherokees. Topics include: social and
political foundations, development of constitutional government,

century, and legal issues. May be conducted in Cherokee. Prerequisite: No prerequisite.
