ACCT 3773 - Accounting Ethics

Description: Students will learn to apply the ethical principles embodied in a professional code of conduct. They will become familiar with the responsibilities contained in the AICPA Code of Conduct, and understand the obligation of accounting professionals to protect the public interest. They will also study special rules for particular areas of practice, such as IRS Circular 230.
