GEOG 5870 - GIS Practicum Capstone

Description: Students will complete a capstone project that documents their integration of knowledge and professional practice learned from the GIS Practicum and coursework in the Master’s in Applied GIS program. Students must continue to enroll in thesis hours (a minimum of one hour per term) until successfully completing the capstone or the time limit for their degree is reached.

Credit Hours: 1-3
Restrictions: Students admitted to M.S. in Applied Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with at least 15 hours of 5000 level GEOG coursework.
Note: Students may repeat the course, but no more than 3 credit hours may be counted toward the degree.
