GEOG 5990 - Thesis

Description: Students will conduct independent research on a topic in GIS and write a Master’s Thesis. Students must continue to enroll in thesis hours (a minimum of one hour per term) until successfully completing the thesis or the time limit for their degree is reached.

Credit Hours: 1-6
Restrictions: Students admitted to M.S. in Applied Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with at least 15 hours of 5000 level GEOG coursework.
Note: Students may repeat the course, but no more than 6 credit hours may be counted toward the 30 credit hour requirement for the MS degree.
