MGMT 4223 - Labor-Management Relations

3 Hours. Emphasizes labor-management cooperation. Includes the history, application, and interpretation of labor laws; contract negotiation and administration; behavioral issues in labor-management relations; and comparisons with European industrial relations. Prerequisite: MGMT 3253 and MGMT 4113 or concurrent enrollment in MGMT 3253 and MGMT 4113.
