The College of Business and Technology’s mission is to be considered by the business community as Northeastern Oklahoma’s “Premier Business School.” The College values active learning where students practice the skills they acquire; a student-centered atmosphere with support in advising, technology, internships, placement and students services; professional integrity characterized supported by clear policies on admissions, advising, grades, and faculty performance; a business orientation that maintains a close relationship with practicing professionals;  and professional faculty who maintain currency in the disciplines they teach and who advance practice through intellectual activities.

The College of Business and Technology (CBT) at Northeastern State University offers the following graduate programs and certificates:

  • Business Administration, M.B.A.
  • Professional Business Administration, M.B.A. (cohort program)
  • Accounting and Financial Analysis, M.S.
  • Data Analytics
  • Healthcare Administration Leadership
  • Operations Leadership

All programs in the College of Business and Technology have been developed to provide the knowledge and skills essential for beginning a career and the background to grow and succeed in the graduate’s chosen profession. Skills include technical, analytical, as well as developing the personal attributes necessary for success.

Accreditation

All master’s programs have been nationally accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). The college is a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International).
