The Recreation minor consists of 18 hours outlined below including an internship option. This minor is not available for students majoring in Health and Physical Education or Health and Human Performance.

REC 3212 - Recreational Leadership
REC 3553 - Wilderness First Aid and Risk Management

P ED 1081 - Development Activities (with topic: Advanced Ropes)
P ED 1201 - Aquatic Activities (with topic: Lifeguarding Skills)
P ED 4740 - Seminar in Health, Physical Education, and Safety (with topic: Ropes Course Facilitation - 2 hours)
REC 4500 - Internship in Recreation (any combination of 4501, 4502, 4503)
