ECON 2313 - Principles of Macroeconomics CIP Code: 520601 Description: Students explore the concepts of scarcity, opportunity cost, elasticity, supply, and demand. Students then engage in exercises to learn about national income accounting, unemployment, inflation, drivers of economic growth, the nature and causes of the business cycle, and the neo-Keynesian versus neo-classical debates over fiscal and monetary policy, including an introduction to the Federal Reserve System.
