Description: Students analyze casino, gaming, and hotel operations as part of the broader study of hospitality management. Students are introduced to a traditional theoretical approach of strategic market planning, and the place of casinos and hotels within that framework. Students learn the history of gaming, casino organization, hotel catering, and hotel operations.
