ACFN 5143 - Quantitative Methods in Accounting and Financial Analysis CIP Code: 307104 Description: Students refine their knowledge of basic probability theory and apply this throughout the course, including some Bayesian applications in decision theory. Students learn linear programming and apply it for product and portfolio design. Students complete tabular exercises that demonstrate the mechanics of project management software. Students apply inferential statistics as they solve problems in regression analysis and digital simulations.
